1. QUALIFIED CARE: All therapeutic treatments and consultations are exclusively performed 1-on-1 by our Senior Physician, who has 12+ years of Clinical experience (SG Hospitals, Charity Clinics, Private Pratice); Fully Licensed by the TCM Practitioners Board Singapore; Dual-Trained under prestigious TCM institutions in Singapore  and China; Mutilingual local (English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese).
   
   
2. THE DIFFERENCE IN OUR PHYSICAL THERAPY: Unlike many TCM clinics that charge separately for each service and focus heavily on commercialization, we believe a healthcare provider should always maximize benefits for patients. Therefore, We have developed a bundled approach called “Personalised TCM Treatments.” This means we provide personalised, integrated care tailored to each patient’s unique condition for a specific targeted area per session. Treatments may include individual therapy or a combination of methods — such as acupuncture, scraping, moxibustion, or Tuina — to support the best possible recovery outcome. The most suitable treatment options will be prescribed by our Physician after a thorough assessment. Regardless of how many methods are utilised during a session, only one fixed fee (with no surcharges) applies for up to 60 minutes per area/session. Patient recovery is our top priority — absolutely No bill shock.
   
   
3. THERAPEUTIC PRIORITY: For each session, especially in Pain Management, we prioritize treating the Main area of complaint. This helps the body focus its healing and recovery more effectively at the targeted site. We do not recommend spreading the treatment focus across multiple areas or adding extra services (add-ons) within the same session. Incorrect combinations or over-treating can lead to increased soreness, over-stimulation, dizziness, or a delayed recovery process — Unless the session is intended solely for general wellness purposes.
   
   
4. THE SELECTION OF TREATMENT TECHNIQUES — including Acupuncture or Electro-Acupuncture, as well as Static or Dynamic Cupping, hand-based or tool-assisted therapy techniques — will be determined by our Physician based on the patient’s condition and individual body response. No surcharge for treatment technique variations.
   
   
5. “PER TREATMENT AREA OR TREATMENT CONDITION” refers to a localized region, defined as: Neck & Shoulders, Upper Back, Lower Back, or Joint/Limb (e.g., Knee or Ankle, Foot or Hand), Face, Hip or Pelvis, Head or Jaw,…as assessed by the Physician.
   
   
6. DETERMINATION OF THE APPROPRIATE OPTION: “Standard” is ideal for first-time trials, mild pain relief, or the final recovery phase, while the “Care Plan” offers better long-term value and is better suited for chronic pain management, injury rehab, sustained healing, or long-term wellness.
   
   
7. DELIVERY FEES (if required for medication) may apply for complex or chronic treatment prescriptions that require careful herbal formulation or longer-term use, charged separately per shipment.
   
   
8. WHY ‘HOUSE CALL SERVICE’ RATES MAY VARY:
   • Flat Rate (sgd 160): Jurong East, Clementi, Dover, Buona Vista, Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay, Bukit Batok, Bukit Gombak, Choa Chu Kang, Tengah.
     
     
   • Other Regions (Estimated Ranges): contact us for pricing. Actual rates may vary depending on factors such as: location, medical condition, security delays, ERP, public holidays, etc…
     sgd 180 – 220: Part of West/Northwest, part of Central Fringe (City Fringe) 
     sgd 220 – 270: Central, East, South, North, and private/isolated properties.
     
     
   • Special or restricted-access areas: such as Sentosa or industrial zones: contact us for pricing. Any additional expenses incurred (e.g. entry fees, etc.) will be charged separately. If taxi or private-hire vehicles (Grab/Gojek) are not permitted to enter the premises & the walking distance exceeds 200 metres from the gate/entrance, please kindly arrange for private pick-up and drop-off at a suitable nearby location (e.g. MRT, bus stop or taxi stand).
